About The Fresh Chef Meal Delivery

The Fresh Chef, a gourmet meal delivery service established in 2007 by local chef Virginia Blashill, offers delicious and wholesome meals prepared by skilled chefs and delivered to your home or business in the Greater Seattle area.

All menu items are prepared "from scratch", in small batches in our licensed, commercial kitchen in Lynnwood,  We use only the freshest, natural ingredients, buying seasonal fruits and vegetables and using local growers whenever possible

Our menu changes weekly, and features dinner entrees, side dishes, soups, salads, breakfast items and desserts.  Many menu items are gluten and or dairy free, and low in sodium. Nutritional content is listed for each menu item.

New menus post every Monday morning. Order Monday through Sunday for delivery the following week. Our delivery area is limited to a 20 mile radius from our Lynnwood kitchen in order to ensure that your meals are delivered fresh. Please check our "Delivery Area" page to see if we deliver to your zip code.
